Vitalizing the body. Healing the land.

Powerful, intensive healing journeys that are as unique and individualized as you are.

We work at the nexus of functional medicine, soil health, and regenerative stewardship

from ranching to farming, helping people restore vitality while contributing to healthier herds, habitats, and communities.

We believe better health starts long before the plate—in living soil, diverse grasslands, and well-stewarded rangeland. Our work is to translate that ecological wisdom into everyday choices, care plans, and community programs that help people feel stronger, clearer, and more at home in their bodies.

The Eco-Nutritionist Looking Beneath the Surface

Sara Keough, MS, CNS, LDN, is a board-certified Eco-nutritionist, nationally recognized Speaker, and Founder of Nourish West. Through more than a decade of clinical practice, she has helped people uncover the root causes of complex health concerns while exploring the powerful relationship between the human microbiome, nutrient-dense food, and healthy soil.

Now based on a regenerative cattle ranch in Montana, Sara brings together modern functional nutrition and the wisdom of the land to help people restore their health from the roots up. At Nourish West, vitalizing the body and healing the land are part of the same story.
